I have great news and anxious to tell you that I have acquired a new school/orphanage called Nakembezi Primary School which has over 400 students. I have donated 12 sets of bunk beds along with the mattresses, sheets, blankets, and mosquito netting. Plus I was able to clean the students teeth and provide toothbrushes which they so appreciated. Many needed school items were needed such as sport balls, books, clothing, games, etc. but most of all I was so happy to create a nine computer classroom for them so they can better be prepared for the future. I was able to teach a class also to the P6 and P7 classes and they loved it and want to learn more.
I will be returning to Uganda in June for six weeks to continue contributing to their needs such as teaching the computer, teaching a Bible class, baptizing, playing sports, and much more. On my return to the USA I will be bringing back one of my 15 year old orphans to be adopted by her sponsor so she can finish her education in the United States and to be a part of a family that she has never had. Again, God is so good. We are working on her visa as I write this update.
None of this could happen unless I have donors who have the heart to help my foundation. Please donate so I can keep making a difference. Just a reminder that I have a 501c3 so your donation gives you an advantage at the end of the year deductions.
We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. If a man’s gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his faith. If it is serving, let him serve; if it is teaching, let him teach; if it is encouraging, let him encourage; if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously; if it is leadership, let him govern diligently; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully (Romans 12:6-8). Not everyone is called to serve in the mission field. But like a tree that bears good fruit, there are plenty of ways you can live your commitment to Christ while staying firmly rooted where you are. If the stories we’ve shared have touched you, there are lots of ways you can help us keep spreading the Good News to people around the world.
